Goal: Build a tray that complements the aesthetics of the ute, whilst being usable for the worksite & the weekends.

Workday Tough, Weekend Ready
The foundation of this RAM 3500 build is a premium aluminium tray engineered specifically for the 3500 chassis. American trucks are not standard utes. Mounting points differ. Chassis dimensions differ. Weight distribution must be handled correctly.
For that reason, everything is designed and fabricated in-house at Canero Industries.
The tray sits correctly on the chassis. Lines remain proportional to the cabin. Clearances are precise. Most importantly, all factory systems are retained and fully operational.
This is not just a bolt-on tray. It is an engineered integration.
Key Features:
- American Truck-specific dimensions: 2000mm Wide x 2300mm Long. Perfectly suited to the bigger American trucks. More space = more capacity to do the job.
- Front & Rear Toolboxes: TIG-welded construction and lockable whale-tail latches for safe, secure storage.
- Integrated AdBlue filler cap: Neatly nestled into the passenger side of the headboard, the AdBlue filler is easily accessible.
- Trundle Drawer with lid: For even more secure storage (sealed from the elements), this tray also features a trundle drawer with a lift-up lid, fully supported on gas struts.
- 60L Under-Tray Water Tank: Mounted under the tray with a lockable filler cap integrated into the headboard, and a lockable tap outlet on the rear of the tray.
- Rear Accessories Panel: Holds the reverse sensors, cross-traffic sensors, reverse camera, and trailer plugs. As well as holding the water tank tap outlet.
- And more: Removable rear ladder rack, rope rail integrated behind the tie-down slots for even easier ratchet strap use, flush-mount tie-down points in tray floor, checkerboard floor and more…
