Returns & Refunds Policy

At Canero Industries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to products purchased through the Canero Industries online shop.

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about an online shop purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• the product is unused and has not been installed, fitted or modified;
• the product is in its original condition;
• all components, accessories and packaging supplied with the product are included; and
• you provide proof of purchase.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide return instructions.

Change-of-mind return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not charge a restocking fee for approved change-of-mind returns.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Incorrect Product or Incorrect Size Ordered

Please carefully check product descriptions, dimensions and compatibility before placing your order.

If you order the incorrect product, size or variation, the item may be returned under our Change of Mind Returns policy above, provided it meets the return conditions.

Return shipping costs in these circumstances are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are unsure whether a product will suit your vehicle or application, please contact Canero Industries before ordering.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, is not as described, or you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs or other information to help us assess the issue.

Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances and whether the problem is major or minor.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Canero Industries will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products That Have Been Installed or Used

We generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns for products that have been:

• installed or fitted;
• used;
• modified;
• damaged after delivery; or
• altered from their original condition.

This does not affect your rights where the product is faulty or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Custom Trays, Canopies & Fabricated Products

The 30-day change-of-mind policy above applies to products purchased through our online shop.

Custom-manufactured or specially configured products, including ute trays, canopies, service bodies and other bespoke fabrication, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production has commenced.

Any applicable terms relating to custom-manufactured products will be provided as part of the quotation or ordering process.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply to custom-manufactured products where applicable.

Before sending a product back to us, please contact Canero Industries with:

• order number;
• the product you wish to return; and
• the reason for the return.

Proof of Purchase

We may require proof of purchase before processing a return, refund, replacement or warranty request. This may include your order confirmation, receipt or another reasonable form of proof of purchase.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. If the problem is minor, we may choose to repair the product within a reasonable time.

Consumer guarantee rights apply independently of this Returns & Refunds Policy and any manufacturer’s or Canero Industries warranty.
