The tray is where the build starts, and for a beast like the F350, it’s got to be tougher than most. We designed this Ford F350 tray to handle serious weight, extreme terrain, and non-stop work. But it’s not just muscle, it’s smart, too. From flush tie-downs to laser-cut mesh and lockable caps, every detail was thought through. Whether Andrew’s heading to a show or a site, this tray is built to go the distance, and look good doing it.

Every good setup needs smart storage, and this one doesn’t miss. We fitted front and rear underbody toolboxes to give Andrew maximum space for tools, spares, and gear. These toolboxes are sealed tight, TIG welded, and colour-matched for a factory finish. The result? Storage that’s weatherproof, dustproof, and doesn’t budge even on corrugated tracks. Practicality meets toughness.

Rear Trundle Drawer & Lift-Up Lid
If you’ve ever struggled to store long gear, you’ll get why this drawer matters. The 1500mm trundle lets Andrew pack long tools or recovery gear neatly and securely. The drawer glides easily and locks tight, while the gas-strut lid protects everything from dust, dirt, and weather. Easy access. Built-in security. No wasted space.

Factory Sensors That Still Work
Nothing worse than fitting a tray and losing your tech. At Canero, we make sure everything from your reverse cam to safety sensors still works like it did in the showroom. We used proper brackets, chassis mounts, and calibration to keep the F350’s OEM gear online. Andrew didn’t lose a thing, except limits.
